Truth About Sunscreen

SolarVis Technology

A couple of years ago I came across this incredible invention - SolarVis Technology Wrist Band

  • Perfect for holidays, outdoor sports, or if you are out and about in the sun all-day

  • Changes colour to indicate to the user to apply more sun cream works in the sea.

This was me trying it out in India where temperatures can reach 40 degrees (104 Fahrenheit). As you can see the white fibres have started to change colour, indicating more sun protection is required.

There are a few on the market which are for daily use only. This one continues to work much longer and is also machine washable.

Sun Protection Clothing

Did you know that sun-protective clothing is even a thing? A few years ago I came across Craghoppers clothing. They specialise in travel and leisure clothing with not only sun protection but also mosquito repellent!

I don't travel anywhere now without my solarshield and nosilife protective clothing.

Did you know the solarshield clothing provides up to UPF50+ from harmful UV rays? So you can get out and enjoy the sunshine without taking risks.

The clothing is lightweight, easy to wash, and drys very quickly. The trousers are waterproof, ideal for hiking, smart for playing golf, and comfortable for those long-haul flights.

The mid-season sale is now on with up to 40% off including best-selling products. Traveling to an exotic location with mosquitos don't miss the nosiLife clothing.
