After the festive indulgence you may have set a new healthy eating resolution for 2018. If you have, don't fret you can still go out and have a delicious meal that is still healthy.

Mouthwatering Mezze Dishes In The Heart Of Edinburgh
BABA Restaurant opened on the 15th November 2017, I was lucky to have been invited along to a preview event before the opening to taste the delicious, freshly prepared, heathly mezze dishes and more.
Located by The Roxburghe/Principal Hotel at Charlotte Square, George Street and within only a minutes walk from Princes Street, BABA brings a traditional Levantine cuisine, with a Scottish twist.
BABA is open from midday until 10pm serving delicious dishes and until the wee hours creating cocktails.
Why not go with a group of friends and enjoy the best Levantine cuisine dishes in Edinburgh at BABA.
Here are some of the colourful, healthy and freshly prepared dishes you can enjoy.
There is a selection of 8 different types of dip to choose from including the mouth watering Labneh, Cherry Tomatoes and Harissa Dip.

With six grill options to choose from it can be difficult to decide, I can highly recommend the Monkfish.

There are both meat and vegetarian kebab dishes available.

If like me, after all these delicious dishes you need something sweet to finish of the meal. Don't miss the Pomegranate Sorbet with Mint.

After dinner refreshments
Not ready to leave just yet, round up your meal with a traditional eastern coffee or cup of tea.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to BABA and can't wait to return. Hope you enjoy it as much, if not more!
