January is always the time when we think about new beginnings, setting new goals and intentions. This year, like many, I am looking to enhance my health and wellbeing. So when the opportunity appeared to try B'liev's new plant shakes in Cookies & Cream, Blueberry Muffin, and Chocolate Brownie I jumped at it. Here's how I got on.

B'lieve Al Natural Plant Shakes Review

About B'lieve

B'liev is a vegan protein drink using four different types of protein: fava bean, pea, pumpkin and flax seed to create 20g of protein per 330ml shake bottle. They come in three incredible flavours cookies & cream, blueberry muffin and chocolate brownie. They are high fibre, low in sugar, sweetened with date nectar and combined with vitamins (B6, D, B12) and calcium.

The company was started because of the belief in one overarching philosophy: believing in yourself without allowing anyone else to limit your success or how far you can go. This is what B'liev stands for and what the foundations of the products are built on. It’s also the brand name.

B'liev is fearlessly dedicated to creating products with purpose, leaving the planet in a better position than it was found in but they can't do it alone. B’liev is a community - "we’re cultivating a ‘we’ culture through collaboration and human connection. We’ve got big ideas and even bigger dreams and we’ll bring them to life, together."

For every order B'liev plant a tree - collaboration with Just One Tree.

Cookies & Cream

When I think of cookies and cream, I instantaneously think of Ben & Jerry's Cookies and Cream Ice Cream. Well, I thought if it tastes anything like that. Great!

I was pleasantly surprised to find, it does have a very similar taste. Yum! Each mouthful was creamy, with little pieces of cookie. Scrumptious!

Blueberry Muffin

The blueberry muffin shake encapsulates everything you find in a blueberry muffin. The aroma and taste are just like a blueberry muffin but without the calories (the average blueberry muffin is 470 calories) This delicious shake is 186!

Chocolate Brownie

Being a chocoholic, I was really excited to try this flavour. At only 202 calories, and full of natural goodness I could swap out the non-wholesome, calorie prolific chocolate with this fab alternative. It's not as sweet as a chocolate brownie with on average 466 calories but has a distinctive chocolate taste.

Overall I have enjoyed all three but my favourite has to be the cookies & Cream. What will your favourite be?

I hope you are inspired to try them and enjoy them as much as I do.
